Current Vacancies:
Technical Support agent: We are looking for additional technical support staff. This role involves helping customers solve technical problems by email and over the phone. The range of issues is wide and the successful cancdiate will have a good working knowlegde of windows/and or linux. Experience with setting up websites and email servers would be a plus, as would experience with Plesk or Cpanel.
Systems Developer: This role involves developing our internal business systems and new customer-facing products. We currently use Ruby and Rails but if you have experience with any programming language, particularly C/C++ or Java you will have no trouble picking up Ruby. We are more interested in your brains and problem-solving ability than experience with a particular technology but some experience in a linux development environment would certainly help.
Systems Administrator: We are looking for more people to join our sysadmin team. The role involves day to day running of our internal sytems, testing and installing new systems, and developing new customer-facing products. The successful candiates will have a thorough knowledge of either Windows Server or Linux. This opportunity might suit somebody moving up from a senior 3rd-line support or NOC role.
