1. Can I have more than one IP address for my server?
Yes. Each server is provisoned with a /29 IP range giving it 8 IP addresses, 5 of them usable. As your server starts with one of these addresses you have 4 additonal addresses available. If you'd like these, simply e-mail dedicated@tagadab.com and request them. We'll enable them at no charge.
If you'd like more than 5 total addresses, please e-mail dedicated@tagadab.com, detailing the reasons for which you need the extra addresses. We will then arrange them for you.

You should use 78.40.32.140 as the primary resolver and 78.40.32.151 as the secondary.
3. Is there an SMTP server I can use with my Dedicated Server?
Yes, you can use relay.tagadab.com as an SMTP server for your Dedicated Server. This authenticates SMTP requests using your server's IP address and so you wont need a username and password to use our relay server.
4. Where are the Windows install files on my Windows 2003 dedicated server?
If you have a Windows dedicated server and want to install additional services (like an SMTP service), you'll need to know where the Windows Install CD files are. They're located on your server's hard disk, by default in the 'C:\Windows Install Files\i386\' folder. Simply browse to this folder when adding new Windows components and you'll be able to install any extra services that you need.
