Phone support hours over the holiday period: Thurs 24th Dec 9am - 1pm; Bank Holidays (25th & 28th Dec) closed; News Year's Eve 9am - 1pm; normal hours all other days. Email support is available as normal. 24/7 emergency support available throughout.
Unlike some hosting companies who try to hide their support telephone numbers behind 'contact us' boxes, we do actually want to hear from you.

Alternatively you can email us from your Customer Control Panel (accessed at https://control-panel.tagadab.com). Simply login and click the 'Support' link at the top right of the Control Panel. E-mails sent in this way are monitored 7 days a week.
* If your server is offline out of hours you can call our Dedicatd support number. This will get you through to a data centre engineer who will help you get connected to your server again.
