Alternatively you can email us from your Customer Control Panel (accessed at https://control-panel.tagadab.com). Simply login and click the 'Support' link at the top right of the Control Panel. E-mails sent in this way are monitored 7 days a week.

* If your server is offline out of hours you can call our Dedicatd support number. This will get you through to a data centre engineer who will help you get connected to your server again.
