Current Service Status
26/07/2010 20:49 This issue is now resolved. It was caused by a distributed denial of service (DDOS) attack on one of our customers. This is the first such attack since our network upgrade a few months ago, and our network was not affected, in fact the impact was so slight that no alarms were raised. However an upstream link was almost saturated. We will work with our network provider to ensure this is dealt with automatically in future.
26/07/2010 20:41 We're currently investigating a network connectivity issue which appears to be caused upstream of the Tagadab network. Customers in some locations may have difficulty accessing the Tagadab network. We are currently working to route around the problem.
24/07/2010 08:33. The host has been returned to service. We're currently analysing the hardware to determine the cause, however it's currently unclear if the issue is permanently fixed or if further maintenance is required. A further update will be posted once this is clear.
24/07/2010 08:03. One of our Linux VPS host servers appears to have suffered a hardware failure. This is affecting approximately 30 VMs on this node. We're currently in the process of replacing the affected hardware and the host should be returned to service shortly.
